This material is a non-chromated deoxidizer that is used to desmut all types of aluminum except castings. This product is usually used in a process line that meets MIL-C-81706.
This product needs either sulfuric acid or nitric acid to be a Boeing specification deoxidizer on aluminum. This is the most powerful type of deoxidizer on the market.
