PPC-50 This is a medium duty cleaner/phosphate that is very economical to run in either a 3 stage or a 5 stage washer.
PPC-72 This is a medium duty cleaner/phosphate that was developed to phosphate aluminum, galvanized steels, and zinc die cast parts in a 3 stage washer.
PPC-74 This is a PPC-79AH with more rust inhibitors in the product. Parts phosphated with this product will not rust for a minimum of 5 days. It can be used in a 2 stage washer with no rusting.
PPC-75 This is a heavy duty cleaner/phosphate that contains no molybdates.
PPC-78-AH This is a heavy duty cleaner/phosphate that normally runs at 1 oz./gallon in aspray washer and 3-4 oz./gallon in a dip tank. It is used when liquid paints are being used.

PPC-79-AH This is a heavy duty cleaner/phosphate that normally runs at 1 oz./gallon in a spray washer and 2-3 oz./gallon in a dip tank. This product is used for powder paints. It can be used with very little rusting in a 2 stage washer.
Liquids Iron Phosphates


PPC-33 This is a medium duty phosphate that needs a cleaner added to it if it is being used in a 3 stage washer. It usually runs at 3-6% by volume.
PPC-34 This is a medium duty cleaner/phosphate for use in a 3 stage washer.
PPC-66 This is a heavy duty phosphate that needs a cleaner added to it if it is being used in a 3 stage washer.
LSP-3 This product is used as a steam cleaning iron phosphating compound.
